1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or book an appointment with Look Who's Fit, 4081 L B McLeod Road, Suite E, Orlando, FL 32811. By using the site or booking, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Free consultations and trial sessions
You can book a free in-person consultation, a free phone consultation, or — if you are interested in Small Group Training — a free Small Group Training trial session. The consultation or trial session itself is free. One-on-One Training is not offered as a free session.
3. Card hold and $25 fee
A card is required to book any appointment. Your card is not charged today. You are only charged $25 if you don't show up or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. The consultation / trial session itself is free.
By booking, you authorize Look Who's Fit to charge this $25 fee to the card you saved in those cases. Any fee is charged once, by the owner, after the appointment time. Your card is stored by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
4. Cancelling and rescheduling
Your confirmation includes a private link you can use to cancel or reschedule. Changes made at least 24 hours before your appointment are free. You can also call 321-316-7128 or email lookwhosfit@gmail.com.
We may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment ourselves; if we do, no fee applies and we will contact you.
5. Your health and safety
Exercise involves physical exertion and a risk of injury. Please answer the pre-screen questionnaire honestly and tell your coach about any injury, limitation or medical condition. If you have a health concern, talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program. Our coaches are not medical providers, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
You may be asked to sign a separate waiver before training at the facility.
6. Facility conduct
When you visit, please follow your coach's instructions, use equipment as shown, and treat other members, coaches and the space with respect. We may end a session or refuse service for unsafe or disrespectful behavior.
7. Trainer applications and event inquiries
Submitting a trainer application or event inquiry does not create an agreement. Any trainer arrangement or event rental is covered by a separate written agreement.
8. Messages
Your private conversation link lets you message the Look Who's Fit team. Please keep messages respectful and do not send sensitive medical records or payment details through it. We may close a conversation that is abusive or spam.
9. Website content
The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to Look Who's Fit and may not be copied without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may change at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Look Who's Fit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
12. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes and contact
